Connect Shopify

Connecting Shopify:

1. Choose Connect via API, then select Shopify from the list of available integrations.
2. Enter your store's URL as yourstore.myshopify.com (no https://, no trailing slash).
3. You're redirected to Shopify to grant Stokkd access to your store.
4. Once approved, you're returned to Stokkd automatically.
5. Your Shopify locations sync in — review the list before continuing. You can re-sync at any time if you add or change locations in Shopify afterwards.
6. During onboarding: finish setup to reach your dashboard. From Settings: the connection is saved immediately — close the flow when you're done.

Signing up with Shopify instead? The "Sign up with Shopify" option on the signup page imports your company, integration, and locations automatically in one step — you won't see the connect steps above at all.

Key Settings

• Store URL format: yourstore.myshopify.com — just the store's subdomain, not the full checkout or admin URL.

Best Practices

• Have your store URL ready before you start — you're redirected away from Stokkd as soon as you submit it.
• If you manage more than one Shopify store, double-check you're logged into the correct one before granting access.
