Managing Your User Profile
Learn how to view and update your personal information, change your password, customize your theme and sound preferences, and manage linked company access from your user profile.
Overview
Your user profile allows you to manage your account settings and preferences.
Desktop: Click your user avatar in the sidebar → Select My Profile
Mobile: Tap the user icon in the main menu at the bottom of the screen → Tap My Profile
Personal Information
The personal information card displays your account details:
- Full Name - Your display name throughout the application
- Email Address - Your login email
- Role - your authorization level
This information is managed by your company administrator. Contact your admin if you need these details updated.
Settings
Colour Theme
Controls the visual appearance of the application:
- Light - Bright background with dark text
- Dark - Dark background with light text (reduces eye strain)
- System - Automatically matches your device’s theme setting
The theme applies immediately across the entire application.
Sound Theme
Controls notification sounds when counting.
Sounds play for success confirmations (stock count saved), error alerts (validation failures), and system notifications.
Linked Companies
This section shows all companies you can access. Each entry displays the company name. For your information only.
To switch companies:
- Desktop - click the Company Info button in the sidebar. You will be taken to the Select Company page.
- Mobile - tap the buildings icon in the main menu (if available)
Change Password
Allows you to update your account password for security.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Process:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Change Password
If you’ve forgotten your current password, log out and use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Desktop vs Mobile Interface
Desktop: Settings are organized in tabs (Settings, Linked Companies, Password)
Mobile: Each setting opens in a new page:
- Colour Theme (sun icon)
- Sound Theme (volume icon)
- Notifications (bell icon)
- Linked Companies (buildings icon)
- Linked Sites (map-marker icon)
- Change Password (key icon)
